Youtube is a Google service and it is the most popular and wellknown website/community for sharing video. It brings some advantages: You can design your own YouTube channel to gather and present several videos, you can embed a YouTube video on other websites/blogs and you can even edit your video on YouTube (not advanced editing but sometimes all you need is just to cut a bit in the beginning, flip the picture 90 degrees and add some text and music).
When you upload a video to YouTube and add information it is important to make deliberate decisions about what possibilities you want connected with the video. Do you eg. want that other people can comment on your video or not?
Works well with smart phones (eg. easy upload).
