Scenarios under scrutiny

In December we organized a first internal workshop to discuss and categorize the scenarios provided to us by the Future Lab people.

This week we continued working with the scenarios based on the first workshop. Now all nine scenarios are printed and they are freely on floor of our studio.

To these paper sheets we are now adding notes commenting and categorizing them. In the end of this process we should have more elaborated picture of them and some ideas how they will be used in the participatory design sessions with teachers.

In December we also started to set-up some online services, such as this blog and the wiki for developers that will help us to carry out the job in the work package.

To keep track on the progress we have in the wall of our studio in Helsinki a simple paper-based progress chart / calendar with all the major milestones, internal and external deadlines and notes related to them.

To keep in touch with the partners we are now preparing a communication map, a paper map of Europe with pictures of the partners and their contact information. This will help us to get to know all the key people.

We are really happy to start the work at the WP3. Things looks promising and we feel that we are doing something important and interesting.

For the people involved in the WP3 we propose that you will visit this blog regularly (RSS feed is a good practice) to keep up to date with the progress. The WP3 mailing list is another good place to discuss and take part in the progress.
